Full Charge Bookkeeper Job Opening
We are seeking a Bookkeeping Professional who is tenacious, highly motivated,
ambitious, detail oriented, can work independently, able to multi-task,
organized, excellent communication skills and a self-starter with a minimum of
five continuous years working at this level.
Qualifications and Duties of a candidate shall be to demonstrate a proficiency
in personnel management, a thorough understanding the general ledger, well
versed in accounting principals and practices, overseeing the accounting and
administrative procedures of the Company and computer literate.

A qualified candidate shall be responsible for A/R, A/P, processing payroll
using Paychex On-Line, payroll tax returns, sales tax returns, bank deposits,
bank reconciliation, journal entries, 401K procedures and medical insurance
administration.
