General Office - Administration Job Opening

We are seeking a General Office-Administration addition to our office staff who is tenacious, highly motivated, ambitious, detail oriented, can work independently, able to multi-task, organized, excellent communication skills, computer literate and a self-starter with a minimum of three continuous years working at this level.
 

Service Technician

Qualifications and Duties of a candidate shall be to demonstrate knowledge and proficiency in performing a variety of administrative and related office tasks in accordance with established procedures and standards. The candidate shall be assigned such tasks as updating account data, reconciling information to ensure the accuracy of account data, copying, faxing, scanning, filing, mailing and answering the telephone, transferring telephone calls and any other general office tasks as needed.
