Qualifications and Duties of a candidate shall be proficiency in personnel
management, reviewing completed inspection reports for compliance, reviewing
completed work orders for correct structure, scheduling, customer service
telephone skills and organizational skills. A qualified candidate shall provide
assistance to the Sales Department for the development of proposals to correct
noted system deficiencies, repairs, modifications and recurring inspection
service agreements.
The candidate shall ensure that Contracts exist or need to be modified for the
services provided. The candidate shall be computer literate, well versed in the
appropriate Standards of the NEC, NFPA, ICC, NJFPC and the NJUFC. Licensing from
the NJDCC and NICET minimum Level II is preferred and a big plus.
