Security/Fire Alarm Systems Sales Job Opening (Large Commercial/Industrial)
We are seeking a Security/Fire Alarm Systems Professional to develop new account
sales, leases and service agreements for Intrusion Detection, Closed Circuit
Television, Access Control and Systems Integration. A qualified candidate shall
be tenacious, highly motivated, detail oriented, able to multi-task, possess
excellent communication skills and a self starter who is looking for a real
challenge with real growth.

The candidate shall have a successful, proven sales track record of three plus continuous years working at this level in the industry, adept at prospecting, networking, building alliances with End-Users, General Contractors, Electrical Contractors, Property Management Companies and Business Associations in the commercial and industrial markets.
Qualifications and Duties of a candidate shall be experience in the contracting
business to include construction plan take-offs, preparation of bids, bid-specs,
end user markets, design, layout and to follow-up on outstanding bids.
The candidate is expected to be computer literate, organized, well versed in the
appropriate Standards of NFPA, ICC, NJFPC and the NJUFC. Licensing from the
NJDOFS, NJDCA and NICET Level II is preferred and a big plus.
We are heavy users of the entire Bosch Security Systems line of Intrusion
Detection, Closed Circuit Television, Access Control and Systems Integration as
well as the Silent Knight/Farenhyt line of Fire Alarm Systems. Factory training
from Bosch and Silent Knight is preferred and a big plus.
