Fire Sprinkler Division Manager Job Opening
We are seeking a Fire Sprinkler Professional who is tenacious, highly motivated,
ambitious, detail oriented, organized, able to multi-task and a self-starter. A
qualified candidate shall have a successful, proven track record of seven
continuous years working at this level in the industry and is adept at
prospecting, networking, building alliances with End-Users, General Contractors,
Property Management Companies and Business Associations.

Qualifications and Duties of a candidate shall be experience at managing all the
departments of this division. The candidate shall work closely with each
department manager so as to maintain growth, profitability, efficiency and
excellent customer relations.
The candidate is expected to be proficient in all phases of the contracting
business to include construction plan take-offs, preparation of bids, bid-specs,
end user markets, design, layout, estimating, proposal development, contract
develop and to expect no less from the department managers.
The candidate is expected to be computer literate, well versed in the
appropriate Standards of NFPA, ICC, NJFPC and the NJUFC. Licensing from the
NJDOFS as well as NICET Level II, at a minimum, is preferred and a big plus.
