Fire Sprinkler Department; Project Manager Job Opening
We are seeking a Fire Sprinkler Professional who is tenacious, highly motivated,
ambitious, detail oriented, organized, can work independently, multi-task and a
self-starter with a minimum of five plus continuous years working in the
industry. The candidate shall have a successful track record at building
alliances with End-Users, General Contractors, Property Management Companies and
Business Associations.

Qualifications and Duties of a candidate shall be proficiency in personnel
management, project management, customer telephone skills, experience in the
contracting business to include field survey’s, construction plan take-off’s,
estimating, preparation of bids, bid specs, design, layout, follow-up on
outstanding bids and contract development.
The candidate is expected to be computer literate, well versed in the
appropriate Standards of NFPA, ICC, NJFPC and the NJUFC. Licensing from the
NJDOFS as well as NICET Level II is preferred and a big plus.
