Fire Protection; Inspections Job Opening

We are seeking a Fire Protection Professional who is tenacious, highly motivated, ambitious, detail oriented, can work independently, organized, possess good communication skills and a self-starter with a minimum of three continuous years working at this level in the industry.
 

Service Technician

Qualifications and Duties of a candidate shall be to demonstrate a complete understanding of fire protection inspection/testing requirements as stated in the appropriate Standards of NFPA, NJFPC and the NJUFC for fire sprinklers to include glycol filled systems, fire pumps, fire hydrants, stand-pipe systems and foam systems. In addition, a qualified candidate shall be well versed in the use and completion of NFPA style inspection reports.

The candidate shall provide assistance to the Sales Department for the development of proposals to correct noted deficiencies, repairs and system modifications. Licensing from the NJDOFS, New England Waterworks (Backflow Prevention Device) and NICET Level II is preferred and a big plus.
